What did you do before joining MTS in regards to working out?
HIIT & strength training with a mix of yoga & running occasionally.
How long have you been with MTS:
About a year & a half.
What’s your favorite workout at MTS?
Back squats & deadlifts.
What’s your least favorite workout/exercise at MTS?
I think everyone @ MTS knows what my least favorite is — when I see ‘the bike’ on the board, I want to run away, but for some reason I keep coming back! It’s a necessary evil, but i’m still going to complain about it!
Favorite Cheat Meal or Snack?
If my body would let me, I would live on Andy’s Frozen Custard!
Advise to those starting out?
Take your time, be patient with yourself & allow yourself some grace – no matter what your goals are. Show up, & give 100% every day, specially when you don’t feel like it & the results will come.
