Nothing – I got winded waling my dog around the block.

Back squats

STAIRS!!!
How is MTS different than other methods of training you may have tried in the past?
Since I started working out 5 years ago, I have tried a lot of gyms, classes and have always come back to MTS for the supportive encouragement & variety.
How has MTS helped you attain your fitness goals or athletic endeavors?
MTS helped me see the potential and myself and gave me the training & skills to become a healthier person. I went from barely being able to walk my dog around the block, to competing in an Iron Man 70.3 – Thank you MTS!!

Chips & queso
Advise to those starting out?
Never underestimate yourself and never give up!

STAIRS
How is MTS different than other methods of training you may have tried in the past?
The trainers are knowledgable, good company, and always willing to individualize the workout!
How has MTS helped you attain your fitness goals or athletic endeavors?
I didn’t gain the “freshman 15”
Favorite Cheat Meal or Snack?
Anything and everything with little to no nutritional value.
Advise to those starting out?
Go to the workout. It is worth the feeling of accomplishment after.
