Running, workout videos and yoga.
How long have you been with MTS:
A little over 1 year.
What’s your favorite workout at MTS?
Power/Hang clean, treadmill sprint, squat and deadlift.
What’s your least favorite workout/exercise at MTS?
I have a love/hate with these – I hate because they are hard, I love because I know they work: burpee & bike.
Favorite Cheat Meal or Snack?
Dark chocolate granola with peanut butter.
Advise to those starting out?
Be willing to start slow. Give yourself some grace. No matter if you think you pushed hard enough, you are still doing something besides sitting around. Also MTS is not just a place to workout, it is new friends & family. They are always there to support you on your journey!
