Congratulations to Ella and Anna Shippert for being March’s Athletes of the Month!!! Ella and Anna started Training with us in August 2020 with goals of increasing overall strength, core stability, and overall fitness. These young ladies both compete in Equestrian riding. Great gratification comes when working with these two, as they take coaching cues and have the drive to master form. It is because of their coach-ability and willingness to learn that the increase in strength has come very fast. If you have the pleasure of sharing the gym and training with these two, you won’t hear them much but would observe them whipping their Dad’s booty at most workouts (sorry Doc)! Keep up the good work girls and best of luck this weekend!! We are glad the Shipperts are part of the MTS family!
